. 1 teaspoon soy sauce

. 1 teaspoon sesame oil

. Salt and pepper to test

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the dough:

. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-porpose flour and salt. Mix well.

. Gradually and water while kneading until a soft, smooth dough is formed.

. Drizzle the oil over the dough and knead again for a few minutes.

. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.

. In a separate blow , combine all the finally chopped vegetables, onion, ginger,garlic, cilantro, soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt.

4. Steam the momos:

. Bring water to a boil in the steamer pot and place the basket over it.
